We’re a team of sales professionals, business owners, mentors and leaders who’ve each taken very different paths to get here. Some of us have grown family businesses from the ground up. Others have led national sales teams for PLCs and global brands. We’ve launched startups, coached entrepreneurs, restructured teams, built strategies, and closed deals on everything from bike hire to billion-pound infrastructure projects.

Between us, we’ve worked in engineering, retail, construction, manufacturing, professional services, tech, health, and beyond. We’ve sat in boardrooms, warehouses, start-up incubators and service counters. Some of us learned sales the hard way – others studied, trained, and climbed the ladder. All of us have done the job, made the calls, led the teams and hit the targets.

A few years later, working in the family’s marketing and promotions business, he made his first sale from a cold call and earned a £60 commission. From that moment, he knew sales would shape his life and career.
