Sales Geek Scotland Helps Drive Growth at Northwood Edinburgh
Sales Geek Scotland has been featured in The Scotsman, highlighting our ongoing partnership with Northwood Edinburgh as the property business enters its next stage of growth.
Northwood has recently moved to a larger base at Timber Bush in Leith, bringing its expanding team of 18 together under one roof. The move follows substantial growth across Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian and the surrounding areas.
A key part of that growth has been the development of Northwood’s estate agency sales function. Its estate agency arm has grown from 3% to around 10% of total revenue, alongside stronger conversion and an increasing share of higher-value properties.
Sales Geek Scotland has been working alongside the Northwood team, providing sales leadership, training, mentoring and consultancy, with a particular focus on strengthening the structure behind its growing sales operation.
Lewis Mallen, Managing Director of Northwood Edinburgh, told The Scotsman:
