Andrew brings over a decade of sales experience across construction, industrial, engineering and food and beverage equipment. Starting his career as a CNC programmer before moving into senior sales leadership, he combines a strong understanding of technical products with first-hand experience of how customers buy.
His track record includes responsibility for a £26m region and turning declining sales around within 12 months, delivering a brand’s first £1m year in that region. Along the way, he has led sales teams, managed national accounts and developed graduates into regional salespeople.
Today, as a Fractional Sales Director with Sales Geek Scotland, Andrew helps SMEs build stronger sales teams and pipelines. Combining sales strategy with hands-on training, coaching and mentoring, he supports businesses in improving sales performance, backed by the expertise of the wider Sales Geek team.
Having taken his own idea from paper to product, Andrew also understands the realities of building a business, including navigating Scotland’s start-up, grants and innovation space.
