What are my credentials you ask?

I got my first taste of business as a teenager, working weekends and summers in a bike hire centre in the West of Scotland while I was still at uni. I was the very first employee on day one of the business. As the business grew, so did I—taking on more responsibility, driving new revenue streams, and helping shape the company into what became a multi-million-pound success story. It was more than just a job. It was a true family business—I became a key part of the team, a friend of the family, and their kids were like my little brothers and sisters.

That journey gave me a real appreciation for the blood, sweat and graft it takes to build something from the ground up. It also opened doors—leading me into the world of Plc sales. I spent the next 10 years as an International Sales Director, helping large companies scale globally.

I led the UK launch of Delta Bloc, bringing best-in-class European road safety products to market. I also consulted with ATG Access to help launch Surface Guard, an innovative HVM solution that’s now used to protect major events around the world. Fast forward to today and I’ve come full circle—now working with ATG once again, this time as a Sales Geek, supporting their growth through fractional sales leadership.

I’ve since taken on various senior commercial roles, including heading back into the world of family business as Director of Sales at The Beal Group, where I helped lead a major growth period—doubling factory capacity and significantly growing the team.

Outside of day-to-day delivery, I also serve as a Non-Executive Director, supporting leadership teams with strategic input, accountability and growth planning. I’ve been where you are—business owner, sales leader, director—and I know the pressure, the excitement, and the sleepless nights that come with it.

Now, I want to help more businesses across Scotland unlock their potential. We’ve got a unique business landscape here, full of ambition and talent. With the right support, I truly believe we can thrive.

So what about you?
What’s your dream for your business? Not the one you say at networking events—the real one.
I want to hear it. I want to see it.
And I know how we can make it happen.
