SALES GEEK GLASGOW EAST, SALES GEEK GLASGOW WEST & PAISLEY – SALES CLUB AND TRAINING COURSE BOOKING CONDITIONS. V1

These terms and conditions (together with any documents referred to in them) (Conditions) set out the basis on which you can register for our Sales Club events and/or any of our workshops, masterclasses, cohorts or courses (each a course) listed on our website or otherwise made available to you via booking link or QR Code.
Please read these Conditions carefully before signing up for a course or joining the Sales Club.
By completing a booking form or making an enquiry via our website or booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree, unfortunately we will be unable to process your registration.
Please note our services are only available to businesses. Our courses are not available to individual consumers.
Who we areThis site is run as a collaboration between two Scotland-based limited companies: Sales Geek in Scotland East Ltd and Sales Geek in Scotland West & Paisley Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide business-to-business sales consultancy, training, mentoring, and community events through our joint platform.
Your status and obligations
You confirm that you are a business representative attending or arranging attendance at one of our courses or events.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.
You are responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with these Conditions and our instructions.
Placing an order
Bookings are made via referral link, QR code or booking page made available on our website or social media.
Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received and an order confirmation email is sent.
The confirmation will include details of the course or Sales Club membership, delivery method (in-person or online), and venue or access instructions.
Course delivery & attendance
Courses and events are delivered either online or in-person, with full details shared ahead of time.
We may need to change course formats, dates, or venues. We will give reasonable notice and aim to minimise disruption.
Delegates are responsible for their own transport and accommodation.
Attendance is your responsibility. No refunds are issued for late or missed attendance.
Sales Club Membership
Membership packages (monthly, quarterly or annually) grant one named delegate access to events, resources, and courses.
We may amend the structure, content or schedule of events to reflect member needs and market trends.
Access details for online resources (including Sales Geek Academy) are provided for the duration of the membership.
Fees and payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
Fees must be paid in advance via our chosen payment provider.
Recurring memberships will automatically renew. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
If you cancel your membership, this will take effect at the end of the current cycle.
Cancellations and changes
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses or events. Where possible, we will offer alternatives. Refunds will be considered only if we cannot provide a suitable alternative within 12 months.
You may request to transfer your booking to a future course (minimum 14 days’ notice).
We do not offer refunds for non-attendance.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the course or membership fees paid.
We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Conditions limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content, training materials and resources remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
You may not copy, share or distribute any content without written permission.
Data Protection
We will process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to share any personal data of attendees with us.
General
These Conditions form the full agreement between you and us.
We may update these Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on our website.
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved by the Scottish courts.
