Sales Geek Scotland has confirmed two further keynote speakers for its highly anticipated Scottish Growth Expo 2026 on Tuesday 26 May at Barclays Hampden, Glasgow, with broadcaster and motivational speaker Lorna Farrell and workplace culture specialist Katy Morrison.
Lorna will open the event with a powerful keynote titled Success, Setbacks & Redefining What Really Matters, while Katy, who is also President of Scottish Women in Business (SWIB), will deliver a session on culture and performance in modern organisations.
Davie Sneddon, Director of Sales Geek Scotland, said: “Bringing both Lorna and Katy into our keynote line-up gives the event real depth. Lorna’s story is one of perspective and resilience, while Katy brings practical expertise in building cultures that enable performance. Together, they reflect the balance we believe is critical for business success – mindset and capability.”
Before a life-changing surgical mistake left her disabled, Lorna built a career across elite sport, media and broadcasting, covering top-level football and rugby while establishing a strong reputation in radio and public speaking.
Her keynote will draw on experiences from high-performance environments alongside her personal journey of resilience and reassessment. Blending honesty, humour and insight, her session will challenge attendees to rethink ambition, pressure and the meaning of success.
Lorna Farrell said: “My career in elite sport and media taught me a huge amount about performance, ambition and coping under pressure. But everything changed in an instant, and I had to completely rethink what success looked like.
“I am looking forward to sharing that journey at Scottish Growth Expo and encouraging people to reflect on what really matters, both in business and in life.”
Katy Morrison, Head of Culture at training consultancy Connect Three, is a workplace culture specialist with over 16 years’ experience. She partners with organisations across multiple sectors to design, embed and sustain cultures where people can thrive.
Alongside her consultancy work, Katy leads a national network through SWIB, championing women in leadership and advocating for inclusive workplaces.
Katy’s keynote session, Culture by Design: Building Behaviours that Drive Performance
will explore how intentional culture design and clearly defined behaviours drive inclusion, strengthen decision-making and improve productivity.
The Scottish Growth Expo will once again bring together founders, senior leaders and sales professionals from across the country for a full day of training, insight and networking, focused on driving sustainable commercial growth.
Sales Geek Scotland Director Peter Barclay added: “We’ve always believed that sustainable growth comes from combining strong commercial skills with the right culture and leadership behaviours.
“Katy’s expertise in this space perfectly complements the broader sales and growth focus of the Expo, while Lorna’s perspective will resonate with anyone navigating pressure, change or ambition.
“We’d also like to thank our sponsors for their support. Dunoon-based BC Technology, an experienced IT service provider, and CRE-8-IVE, a bespoke signage company based in Paisley, have come on board as room sponsors.
“Their backing is helping us deliver a high-quality event that’s accessible and impactful for the Scottish business community.”
Lorna and Katy join previously announced speakers Brian Williamson and Russell Dalgliesh, forming a programme designed to inspire actionable growth and strengthen Scotland’s business ecosystem.
